Tutodys project was developed by a European consortium in the framework of an Erasmus+ KA2 project for school education involving public and private organisations from five different countries.

Edulog, coordinator of Tutodys project, is committed to its users to meet the requirements of the GDRP.
The site forms allow you to contact EDULOG for any general question. The legal basis is article 6.1.a of the RGPD (consent). The recipients of the data are the data controller, in this case the EDULOG customer service department, in charge of the answers, the subcontractor Aquaray operating the web server, and any legally authorized person.
The server on which the contact form is hosted is hosted by Aquaray, which means that your data cannot be transferred outside the EU under the strict regulations of the GDPR. Aquaray has provided adequate protection clauses on the model established and approved by the European Commission.
The duration of data processing is limited to the time necessary to process your request, it being understood that you can withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data at any time.
You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, to rectify or delete them, or to limit the processing of data relating to the person concerned, or to object to the processing and the right to data portability. The company responsible for the processing is EDULOG SAS, 9 rue Parrot – CS 72809 Paris Cedex 12. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
